Payment

• we kindly ask our students to pay for the whole calendar month in advance by the 5th day of that month
• payment can be made via cheque or cash
• cheques should be made out in the name of "Accord Music Studio "

Cancellation

• it is a students responsibility to let the studio know of any lesson cancellation 24 hours in advance
• any lesson properly cancelled will receive a make up lesson
• students will be credited up to 6 missed lessons during a year.
• if the student decides to stop taking lessons, the studio needs to be informed at least 1 week prior to termination.

In Accord Music Studio we believe that "Time is money", therefore we greatly value the time of our students, who are guaranteed to receive best possible service. We expect the same respect from our students.
